There are two bedrooms. In each bedroom the beds can be two single beds or one king-size bed. Ideal for 4 people but can sleep 6 + a child Z bed is available.

Details
The building is in an Andalucian style, built into the hill overlooking the Rio Real River. It is near the Golf Rio Real and Hotel and adjacent to the golf practice ground.
Distance to the beach is just less than 1,000 meters (up and downhill). The beach is 3 km walk to the centre of Marbella Old Town.
Rio Real and Incosol Hotels are a short walk away. There are no other bars/restaurants/shops within walking distance. A car is essential. One of the best shopping parades in Europe (La Canada), is a few minutes away by car.
Taxis are quickly available for a short ride Marbella Centro or Banus when going out at night.

Lounge
6 seater sofa. Side table wth Danish lamp + long candle holder. Long low table with Danish lamp, Bose iPod/MP3 docking system. DVD/CD player/ satellite TV. (Sky freesat)). LG TV 42" with access to satellite and digital teresrtrial (total about 35 channels). Library of contemporatry books. A laptop computer connected to the WiFi system is available for your use.
Dining
The dining area has a Marbella stainless steel and oak topped table with 8 Malaga chairs. This area also has a side table with a Danish lamp
Atrium
The atrium has 2 ocasional chairs. There is a Roche Bobois sofa bed that easily makes into 2 single beds.
A cupboard behind the entrance door contains the elecricity supply unit, broadband wifi router (max 2mb/s), ironing board, tennis raqutetes + balls
Terrace
The terrace is accessed from both the lounge and master bedroom. There is a comfortable sitting area with a sofa, two chairs, coffee table and drinks trolley. A dining table and six chairs.
West facing with mountain views there are awnings to provide shade in the afternoon and evenings.
Kitchen
All appliances are Whirpool. Fully equipped. Granite worktops. In-built freezer/refrigerator, oven, electric ceramic halogen hob, dish-washer, kettle, juicer(Bodum), toaster, coffee grinder with 2 caffetieres. Full glassware from crystal cut champagne flutes to glasses of all sizes. Full white M & S crockery. Full cuttlery. Full pots & pans. All cleaning materials including dish-washer detergent. All basic cooks requirements, e.g. salt, pepper, oil spices and more.
A library of books and CD/DVD's is here for playing on the DVD player in the lounge.
Outside is the laundry area. Modern Whirpool Washing Machine and separate Washing Dryer. Drying frame.
Master Bedroom
A very spacious room with a nice dressing table. 2 large wardrobes both with drawers, supplying both long an short hanging. Ensuite bathroom.

Parking
There is ample street parking near the entrance. Access to the underground garage will be provided. Parking within the garage may be available. Please ask?
Access
This is available from the garage or from the street. There is an elevator (lift). The apartment is very suitable for disabled persons. Access to the pool from the apartment is via stairs; disabled persons can access the pool area but this is via the garage area of the other block of apartments. For this reason wheelchair access to the pool is best described as possible but not practical.
Apartment General
The apartment is luxurious, furnished in a contemporary but comfortable manner by an established Marbella Design Company, using many local innovative designs. Floors and bathrooms are marble throughout. Climate control air-conditioning also providing warming in cool months.
All windows have electric louvre blinds.
