Atrium: Sofa that easily converts to a double bed. Space for cot and/or put down bed. Two occasional chairs + standard lights.
Guest Bedroom: Two single or zip together double king-size bed. Two bed-side tables with draws. Full length mirrors. Two wardrobes with shelf and full length hanging. Ensuite with WC, bidet single sink and large shower.
Terrace: Table + 6 reclining chairs. Two stools + two sunloungers. Fixed planters and pots with automatic irrigation system.
Garage: Automatic security door to parking space. Stairs or lift to apartment which is on the first floor (suitable for disabled).
Pool & Gardens: Directly opposite front door (down 1 floor stairs/lift). Big pool + children's pool. Tropical gardens. Sun loungers + parasols (always readily available).
Beach: The best beaches are right here to the East of Marbella. The beach is 3 golf holes away on the flat but the road is around the side of the course and involves a hill so a car is recommended. You can walk to the beach which is several miles long. It is a pleasant walk to Marbella Marina (both a pleasure and fishing port) along the beach where the locals go to fish restaurants. At Rio Real you can hire a sun lounger, double bed or a four poster!
Beach Club History: The beach at Rio Real was the site chosen for the exclusive restaurant "Silks" of Marbella to open "Silks by the Sea". This provided an indoor restaurant together with fine dining directly on the beach. Given the 'perfect' location Nikki Beach chose Rio Real as an extension to similar facilities in West Palm Beach, St. Barts & St.Tropez. Docking facilities for the larger motor yachts was denied and so Nikki Beach has moved further East along the beach leaving Rio Real with an international facility at local prices.
